SESSION 2 - KEY ASPECTS OF WILLS

In the second presentation of our series, we will examine the key reasons why your clients should put a Will in place, arming you with the knowledge to encourage your clients to have their estate planning documentation prepared to protect their interests after their death.

We will also examine the key aspects of Wills, including:

the role of the executor and guardian
key aspects of Testamentary trusts
catering for beneficiaries with special needs
how to avoid challenges to the Will
what a Will can’t cater for (non-estate assets)

SESSION 3 - ENDURING POWERS OF ATTORNEY AND NON-ESTATE ASSETS

In our final session, will examine how you, as a trusted adviser, can ensure that your clients wishes in relation to the management of their assets, care and lifestyle, can be effectively documented before they lose the capacity to continue to make these decisions themselves.

We will also explore Non-Estate Assets and how control and management of the structures holding these assets can be dealt with as part of the greater estate plan for your client.
