In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. When you enter your details to become a Topdocs Member your information is stored in our database. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Ordering
When you order online,Topdocs records your name, email address, postal address and credit card details. This information allows us to process and complete your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. We do not keep credit card details on our system, ensuring your personal information is protected. The information you provide when you prepare a document on our website is held strictly confidential. For this reason it is essential that you provide a valid email account that will not block email from Topdocs. If we need to contact you to provide a password, we can only contact you through the email address associated with your original purchase. Protecting your confidential information is important to us. It is our policy that we do not give out passwords over the phone.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. To ensure that browsing the site is both enjoyable and efficient Topdocs uses cookies to reduce page download times. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.

We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Site and Service Updates
We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements that contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user via email or telephone to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account.

Correction / Updating Personal Information
Following registration, you can review, change or remove your personal identification information. This can be done at the member information page or by emailing our Customer Support. If you change your user ID we keep track of your old user ID/s as well. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes.

Choice / Opt-out

Further, we can (and by becoming a Topdocs member you authorise us to) disclose your MemberID, name, street address, city, state, post code, country, phone number, email and company to legal authorities in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy or other activity that may expose us to legal liability or as otherwise permitted under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
